At Ecoffee, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our product as a consumable good, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you have an excellent experience with us.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Provide your name and order number, and our customer service team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

Orders are generally shipped within two business days following purchase. Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays will not be shipped until the next business day, as we do not operate on weekends. Carrier-estimated shipping speeds do not affect our fulfillment times.

To determine when your order will ship, please check the confirmation email for tracking details. Typically, orders ship within 1-3 business days. For specific inquiries, contact customer service directly.
